The bank started functioning from09.02.2012 even through it wasRegisterd on 10.02.2012. The institution was earlier affiliated to the Meenachil Taluk Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development bank Ltd No. K 197. The bank affiliated to The Kerala State Co-Operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank.

The farm sector loans are meant to provide farmers with the essential financial aid that helps in earring out farming or agricultural and related activities. The loan application and approval process under this category isvery simple with minimum formalities. Have aglance of the various kinds of loan scheme under the farm loan sector.

The bank is managed by an elected Board consisting of 13 members. Its area of operation shall be confined to Kanjirappally Taluk in Kottayam Dist. It consist in 14 villages. Majority of the total population are Agriculturals.
