Paravur Taluk Co-Operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Ltd E-1193 was registered on 15.02.2012 by bifurcating Paravur Taluk from Aluva PCARDB and started functioning on 18.03.2012 with its area of whole Paravur Taluk under operation comprising three blocks viz.,Parakkadavu,Alangad and Paravur. As per Gazette notification No.401/2014 revenue dated 16.09.2014 the re-organisation of Kadungallur Gramapanchayat takes place and the same is separated from Alangad Block and added to Aluva PCARDB. Now the area of operation of Paravur PCARDB is Alangad,Karumallur,Kunnukara,Varapuzha,Chendamangalam,Kottuvally,Vadakkekara, and Puthenvelikara Panchayaths,Eloor and Paravur Municipality. The Bank provides short term and longterm credit needs of farmers in its area by providing Agricultural and Non-Agricultural sectors.

Success stories :

Bank is running in profit from starting onwards. The loan outstanding at the time of bifurcation was 63.79 crores and it is increased to 77.78 crores and membership was 9421 and it is increased to 12074.
