The ultimate authority in all matters relating to the administration of the Bank shall be General Body members who shall meet within a period of six months of close of financial year to conduct the work of the Bank. The following any other matters shall be dealt by the General Body.

  • The election of the members of the board and their removal.
  • The Annual report of the Bank.
  • The Audit certificate issued by director of Co-operative audit.
  • Amendments of Bye-laws etc.

The quorum for meeting of General body shall be fifteen or one fourth of the total number of members on the list at the time whichever is less.

The last Annual General Body Meeting was held on 27.09.2023 which was the 64th Annual General Body Meeting of the Bank.
